When a full headhunt or advertisement is not appropriate, 6 has the capacity to conduct a full exploration of the active candidate market by searching its own and other Energy Sector specific databases. 

As a result of our previous employment with companies in the Energy Sector, we also have access to a number of Operator and EPCM alumni networks which provide an additional pool of excellent candidates.

This method is ideally suited to contract or project engineering roles where a quick turnaround is critical.

As with our search services, we conduct a rigorous assessment of the critical competencies as well as exploring each candidate’s short and long-term motivations. We shortlist the 4 candidates that are most well suited on both fronts to ensure that the vacancy is filled.
