This is a hybrid approach that works particularly well in the Energy Sector. It combines the use of media (web & print) with Executive Search, allowing us to tap both the active and passive candidate markets in parallel.

This method is particularly effective when recruiting multiple vacancies or where a particular discipline is well served by a specific newspaper, journal or web-site.

In addition, it provides an excellent opportunity for a company to increase its brand identity on a local, regional or global basis.
