6 was established in January 2006 to set the standard for sourcing talent in the Energy Sector.

Our ambition was to differentiate ourselves through the quality of our candidates and the level of service we offer.  We set ourselves a goal of winning and securing repeat business from a small portfolio of clients and building a reputation as a specialist in the Energy Sector.  By focusing on our core business of recruiting mid and senior level permanent staff, we aimed to establish a soild foundation from which we could grow the business. 

We now have a very strong relationship with a global portfolio of world-class operators and engineering companies, have recorded year-on-year growth in revenue and profit and maintain a 100% success rate of winning repeat business.

Our vision is to become recognised globally as specialists in sourcing talent in the Energy Sector with a reputation for delivering a first-class service to both clients and candidates.

Our goals are to increase revenues from each of our business practices and to expand our first international office in Perth, Australia.
