Case Study HSE Manager

A world leading EPC organisation had started work on a major power project in The Netherlands. They needed an HSE manager who could speak Dutch, had over 10 years experience in power plant construction projects and was able to commence work within 3 weeks.

They turned to 6 Contracting because of our previous work in successfully hiring contract staff for projects around the world and our particular knowledge and experience of the Dutch market.

We took a full brief from the HR Manager and Site Manager and immediately started searching for suitable candidates. Using our Talent Blueprints and through referrals we were able to identify 11 candidates within 3 days.

After interviewing all 11 candidates we were able to shortlist and reference check 2 candidates.

After two interviews with the client, a candidate was offered the role, accepted and commenced work within a week. The other candidate was also offered a position in Spain and they too accepted the role and were mobilised to Madrid within two weeks.
