Case Study - Mechanical Engineering Salary Survey

As part of an ongoing EVP (Employer Value Proposition) exercise, our client was keen to find out whether its Mechanical Engineering salary package was competitive as well as finding out how it was perceived as an employer in its local market.

Focusing on the major EPC organisations in the South East of England we were able to compile full package details for 80 senior engineers.  After developing a bespoke questionnaire, we approached the same population to gather qualitative data. The findings of both exercises were incorporated into a bespoke report and were used as the foundation for a localised recruitment initiative which resulted in hiring a world-class Technical Authority for Static Equipment.
