About Us

6 was established in January 2006 with a vision of working with a core portfolio of carefully selected clients rather than trying to be 'everything to everyone'.  So far, we have achieved a 100% success rate of securing repeat business based on the quality of our candidates as well as the level and type of services we offer.

Our services can be grouped into two categories; recruitment and consultancy.

Our recruitment services include Executive Search, Advertised Search, Selection and Application Management. 6 has successfully completed a variety of assignments from recruiting board level appointments to managing multi-discipline, multi-level campaigns for over 100 staff on a permanent and contract basis.

On the consultancy side, we assist our clients with the optimisation of their own recruitment function.  Based on first hand experience, we are able to help our clients develop a new team from scratch or provide advice on how to improve their existing operations.  Recent assignments have included selecting and rolling out a global application management system, designing and implementing a competency based assessment framework, talent mapping and organisation design.
